Jo Ed Lynn was the owner of Bellville Insurance Agency prior to LKL Insurance.
In 1983, Steve Lackey joined Jo Ed Lynn at Bellville Insurance Agency.

LKL Insurance was later founded in 1986 by Jo Ed Lynn, Steve Lackey, and Elroy Kiecke. LKL Insurance opened it's doors for business on January 1, 1987 and shortly after moved into our current location at 633 West Main Street.

Mike A. Eason joined LKL Insurance as a partner in 2006, at which time the company name was changed to LKL&E Insurance.

In May of 2008 Industry Bancshares, Inc., the holding comp;any of Industry State Bank, purchased LKL&E.
After the acquisition, our staff as well as the way we have conducted our business for years, all remained the same.

LKL&E Insurance has continued to grow and has branch locations in Columbus, Hubbard, Industry and Sealy.

Industry State Bank was founded in 1911 to serve individuals & businesses in Austin, Colorado, Fayette and Washington Counties. Industry State Bank continued to grow and later created ISB Insurance Services, a full service insurance agency located in Houston and Waller.

Industry Bancshares, Inc. is a holding company established by local shareholders in the Industry, Texas community.
Formed in 1993. Industry Bancshares owns the Industry State Bank as well as the Citizens State Bank in Buffalo,
Fayetteville Bank in Fayetteville, and First National Bank of Bellville, Texas.

From modest beginnings in 1993 with assets of less than $80 million, Industry Bancshares has experienced
significant growth and now manages more than $1.4 billion in assets.
